Privacy policy

What we collect

• Website forms: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), type of business, monthly ad spend band, whether our pricing fits, the offer or goal you choose, when you'd like to start, your page or website link, and anything you write about your challenge. If you stop the application because it isn't the right time, nothing you selected is sent to us.
• Instagram chat: when you tap “Send message” on one of our Instagram ads, an automated chat asks for your type of business, your monthly ad spend band, whether our pricing fits your business now, your Instagram page link or business name, and your WhatsApp number. We also see your Instagram username and anything you write to us.
• WhatsApp and email: whatever you send us.
• How you reached us: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or fbclid) and the page that sent you here. The site keeps these in your browser for the visit and sends them with the form.

Why we use it

• To answer your request: we review your page before we contact you, prepare for the first meeting, and follow up on WhatsApp about this request.
• To learn which of our ads bring real inquiries. We keep a short record of each inquiry (business type, ad spend band, and whether a meeting was booked) so we spend our own ad budget better.

We do not add you to a mailing list or send you promotions you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions for us. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to serve the site and to send you to your country’s version.
• Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp) carries the messages you send us on its apps and runs the automated Instagram chat. Its ad reports tell us how many conversations started from each ad. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy.
• OpenAI provides the measurement script this website uses to count page visits and form submissions from ads. When you submit the form, we send OpenAI a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email and WhatsApp number, never the plain text, so it can match the submission to an ad.
• The STAGE9 team members working on your request.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not share it with anyone outside the list above.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your request and for our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Message us on Instagram (@westage9) to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Messages inside Instagram and WhatsApp also stay in those apps under Meta’s policies.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
